TERMS OF USES
1.INTRODUCTION
1.1 Welcome to the RP Store. The following Terms of Use govern your access to the Platform and the use of any services, information and functions made available by us at the Platform (“Services”). Before using this Platform or the Services, you must carefully read and accept these Terms of Use (collectively referred to as “RP Store Terms and Conditions”). By agreeing to this you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the RP Store Privacy Policy . By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by RP Store Terms and Conditions and any amendments to the foregoing issued by us from time to time

1.3 RP Store reserves the right, to add, remove, change, modify, the Terms of Use and RP Store Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the time of updating with no notices provided. You are deemed to be aware, in the and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon the publication on the Platform.
2. USER SUBMISSIONS
2.1 When you post comments or reviews on the Platform, you also grant us the right to use the name/ username that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content you post. You shall not use a false e-mail address and/or, pretend to be someone other than yourself. Any activities misleading us as to the origin of any Submissions will be strictly actionable. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.
TERMS OF CONDITIONS OF SALES
1.Interpretation
1.1 In these Conditions:
“Buyer” means the person who purchases Goods on the Platform;
“Conditions” mean these Terms and Conditions of Sale;
“Goods” means the goods made available for sale on the Platform.
“RP Store Terms and Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions of Sale and all other terms and conditions and policies pertaining to the use of the Platform and/or the Services;
“Seller” here is RP Store
“Services” means the use of any services, information and functions made available by RP Store at the Platform;
“Writing” includes electronic mail facsimile transmission and any comparable means of communication.
1.2 Any reference in these Conditions to any provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
1.3 The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any parties.
2.Orders and Specifications
2.1 The Buyer may purchase Goods by placing and completing the order on the Platform and shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. RP Store shall be entitled (but not obliged) to process such orders without further consent from the Buyer. Nevertheless, you may request to cancel or amend the order which RP Store shall endeavor (but not obliged) to give effect to on a commercially reasonable effort basis.
3.Price
3.1 The price of the Goods shall be the price stated on the Platform at the time when the Buyer places and completes the order placement on the Platform. The price includes any applicable sales and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to RP Store. Note: This doesn’t include shipping charges. Buyers may require to pay shipping charges on all orders additionally.
4.Terms of Payment
4.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods using the various payment methods made available on the Platform.
4.2 The terms and conditions are applicable to each type of payment, as prescribed by RP Store on the Platform. The payment methods may also be subject to the following terms:
4.2.1 Credit Card
Credit card payment option is available for all Buyers. RP Store accepts all Visa and Master Card credit cards and is 3D Secure enabled (verified by Visa and secured by MasterCard). All credit card information of Buyers is protected by industry leading encryption standards.
4.2.2 Debit Cards
RP Store accepts all Malaysian Visa and MasterCard debit cards, subject to bank availability. All debit card numbers shall be protected by industry leading encryption standards.
4.2.3 Online Banking
By choosing this payment method, the Buyer shall transfer the amount RP Store account (including any applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs). The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. RP Store, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time.
5.Delivery/Performance
5.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order.

7.Return, Refund and Replacement of Goods
7.1 NO REFUNDS will be generated upon receiving confirmation
